Position Overview

 

We are hiring Mechanical Engineers who would be engaged in building cutting-edge robotics products. You will be a part of the Mechanical Design team that is fast paced, research oriented and is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and developing cutting edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

​​

• Understanding the product requirements

• Designing and developing assemblies using softwares like SolidWorks, Creo, etc. 

• To carry out detailed mechanical design work including simulation and design verification testing. 

• Undertaking rigorous R&D to improve the product for its performance, efficiency, safety, and convenience

• Should have knowledge of Part Modelling, Assembly Designing, Kinematics, Simulation, etc.

• Create and maintain documentation 

• Should have hands on experience in the areas of Manufacturing process, Sourcing, Machining, Selection of material and its related mechanical properties.  

• Vendor Development according to the project requirements like CNC / VMC cutting, Laserjet cutting, Waterjet cutting, etc.

• Dealing and coordinating with vendors for sourcing components and manufacturing / processing the materials to products

Skills

​

• Expert in using CAD software tools like Solidworks 

• Strong knowledge of designing, various Manufacturing Processes and GD&T

• Experience in performing Structural analysis, Multibody dynamics through various tools like Ansys

• Experience in creating various product documentations like BoMs, 
  Release Notes, etc.,

• Past Robots building experience

• Mass Production Design experience

• Startup work experience
